What this is

Desk Daemon is Chad's site and social accounts about Claude and Claude Code, without the hype: beginner tutorials, honest takes on AI tools, safer ways to build with AI, the things he builds with Claude, and the desk gear he uses. By using the site you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 13 to use it or join the email list.

Opinions, not advice

Reviews, verdicts and build notes are personal opinions based on my own use. Prices, specs and availability change; check them with the seller before you buy. Nothing here is professional, electrical or safety advice: follow the manufacturer's instructions for any product you install.

The same goes for software. A tool working for me doesn't mean it's safe for you: read any code, script, skill or MCP before you install it, give it the smallest access that works, and use it at your own risk.

Links to other sites

Some links go through /go/<slug> and may be affiliate links (see the disclosure). Purchases happen on the retailer's site under the retailer's terms; Desk Daemon isn't a party to them and doesn't handle orders, payments, shipping or returns.

Free downloads and the Daemon Kit

The free guides are for your own use. Share the link to this site rather than the file. Skills, MCPs and tools they mention belong to their makers and keep their own licenses; the guides link to them and don't redistribute them. The Daemon Kit isn't on sale yet. When it is, its license, price and refund terms will be on its page before you buy.

AI-generated content

Some videos use a labeled AI narrator that reports Chad's own verdicts, and some clips and pictures (like the Daemon mascot) are AI-generated and labeled as such. Verdicts, prices paid and opinions are always Chad's.

Text, photos and videos on this site and Desk Daemon's social accounts are Desk Daemon's unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to link to or quote short excerpts with credit; please don't republish whole posts or media without asking. Product names and logos belong to their owners.

If you think something here uses your work without permission, emailhowdy@deskdaemon.com with what it is, where it appears, and how to reach you. It will be reviewed promptly and taken down if it shouldn't be here.

Creator tools

Desk Daemon uses private tools to schedule its own posts and read its own accounts' public statistics. They act only on Desk Daemon's accounts and never access yours.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows Desk Daemon isn't liable for losses from using it or from products bought through its links.

Limits

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Accessibility

The site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA: it works with a keyboard and screen readers, respects reduced-motion settings, and is checked automatically for accessibility problems before each update goes live. If something gets in your way, email howdy@deskdaemon.com and it will be fixed or the information sent another way.
